Does your office accept my insurance coverage?
We accept a variety of different insurance companies. We are happy to process your insurance forms and submit them to your insurance carrier as a courtesy to our patients at no charge. In fact, we were the first dental office in Carbondale to provide this service and we hope this speeds up the entire claim process for our patients. Most insurance companies will not cover 100 percent of all dental treatments. Your portion, not covered by insurance, is due at the time the treatment is performed.

As a valued patient, you are reminded that your dental insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Our office can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage and patients will always be responsible for the total obligation should their insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.

What if I do not have dental insurance?
Our staff will help you select the method of payment best suited to your financial circumstance. We offer many options. Fees for the initial examination and any emergency treatment are due and payable at that appointment.

How do I determine what treatment is necessary?
We will arrange to do the most urgent services at the beginning of treatment schedule. If necessary, we can plan the completion of your dental work by spreading your appointments over several months or years.  After examination and diagnosis, for those patients requiring extensive dental treatment, a written estimate will be provided for you.

What payment options are available?
We accept cash, personal checks, and three credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. In an effort to offer our patients convenience, we now accept secure online credit card payments.

Payment is due in full when services are performed unless other financial arrangements have been made. There is a thirty-dollar ($30) charge for any check returned due to insufficient funds.
